What is a custom hard good?
Working directly with the manufacturer, we can source a wide variety of items, customized to your needs and branding. Many of our customers choose to get items such as air fresheners, keychains, drinkware, lapel pins, surfboard wax combs, etc. for their business.

What’s your turn around time?
It really depends on the desired item. The typical timeline is around 4 weeks to receive a product, once things are finalized with the manufacturer. We will of course let you know a more specific timeline before confirming your order.
How much freedom will I have over design elements?
It really depends on the desired item. We can manipulate simple aesthetic things, like colour and branding. Sometimes, we will have the freedom to play with both the design and materials of the piece. A factor that can play into the amount of freedom you will have is the quantity of the item you are ordering. Simply put, the higher the quantity the more freedom in customization.
